Yesterday I took photos of a German television crew who were in Gothenburg to film a documentary about kayaking. Yeah, pretty random, but it was fun!

How To Dress Well - Ocean Floor For Everything
So beautiful
I remember when I started to blog, how easy it was for me to pour my heart out and open up to a bunch of complete strangers. I did that for years, than all of the sudden I just stopped. I don’t know what happened, but it was like a wall just came up.
Someone said that you have a lack of integrity if you write about all of your feelings in such an open forum as blogs for everyone to see. That if you flaunt your feelings they aren’t real. I don’t know if that’s true. I really hope not anyway.
And I don’t know if that’s what made me stop writing so openly. And I don’t know if I’m ever gonna be able to feel comfortable writing about personal stuff again.
Well to be completely honest I have been writing some pretty personal stuff, but anonymously on another blog. Exciting stuff huh. That has been pretty liberating, to be completely open and honest without the feeling of being judged.
For me it’s also easier to write in english in some ways, because it creates some sort of distance. And of course it gives me the opportunity to communicate with all of you non-swedes who visits my blog (I’m so happy that you’re here btw!).
Anyway, I’m not really sure what the meaning with this post is. Maybe that I’m tired of this wall I’ve been building around myself.
We’ll see what happens.
I’ve put together a little movie with clips from the event I organized for Border Music at Strand in Stockholm, thought you might like to see it.
It was such a lovely night and I’m so proud and happy that it all went so well and that I got to meet so many awesome people.
Sam and Chilli of Palma Violets made their first trip outside of England, and they were so sweet and kind. They are gonna be huge one day I tell you, so it feels good to be the first one to have booked them outside of England.
And Lisa Hannigan, what a lovely woman, I’m so in love with her. Sweetest person ever and amazingly talented.
And Hedningarna and Eva Eastwood were so great, and Henric de la Cour was an awesome DJ, and Jan Gradvall did an amazing job with his interviews.
And what an honour it was to have the great Geoff Travis with us, a legend in the music business. A real gentleman and a role model. As he says in the clip: I’m not interested in business, I’m interested in music.
Wow, this is pretty intense
